- My artwork is to NEVER be used in A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) "art" generators, to be turned into NFTs, or have anything to do with Cryptocurrency.- I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.- I must be sent a visual reference of the character. I cannot draw your character based off a description.- I cannot draw fanart of characters unless you provide me evidence of the original creator(s) allowing fanart.- Contact me about your commission via Discord DMs, Toyhou.se's messaging system, or DeviantArt's Notes system.- You may ask me for WIPs every 3-4 days.- You cannot edit my artwork in any way without my consent.- Do not ask me to attempt to replicate someone else's artstyle.- You must properly credit me when reposting your commissioned artwork to social media.- Payment must be sent after the sketch, either in full or half of the commission's price.- Refunds will only be sent over if I have not started the lineart or if I am not able to complete your commission. If I have started the lineart already, I will only be able to give you half a refund.- You may request as many changes to the line art in the sketch stage. Past that stage, you will be charged extra money for any major changes.- A watermark will be visible on all WIP pictures. There will not be a watermark on the final product.- All commissioned artwork is only to be used for personal use only unless stated otherwise. (For example, making prints of my artwork for only yourself is OK, but using my artwork for profit is not.)- Don't rush me. I have a life and I will not be working on commissions for the entirety of the day.
